Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Highland Falls Cabin Rentals no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to check-in date, in order to receive refund, less $50 processing fee. If cancellations, rescheduling, or changes are made less than twenty-one (21) days prior to check-in date, NO REFUNDS OR REBATES will be offered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

My husband and I celebrated the New Year here and thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The inside is exactly like the pictures. The tv even had YouTubeTV already provided which was nice for our desire to watch the college playoff games. Though there were cabins around and closer than I expected… it didn’t bother us one bit, the cabin was still private, the community was quiet and peaceful and from inside you would have never known other cabins were around. The back yard is a bit steep but my young dog didn’t seem to mind chasing the ball up and down. The fire pit right outside the front door was perfect and private from any view of other cabins. The cabin is super cozy and felt like home. Love the reclining sofa! Love the screened in porch! LOVED the king size bed- super comfortable! It was perfect for our getaway and we have already talked about returning in the near future! Larry was a great host and check in/check out was effortless!! Highly recommend this cute, cozy cabin!
